3. Arthur's Seat
If you’ve watched One Day on Netflix  (2024) you might have seen Arthur’s seat featured on the couple’s first ‘romantic’ walk together!
This extinct volcano is the highest point in Holyrood Park, offering panoramic views of the city and surrounding countryside. From the summit, visitors can see Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and the Firth of Forth. The climb up Arthur’s Seat is not too difficult, but it can be steep in places, so it’s important to wear sturdy shoes and take plenty of water. 4. Edinburgh Castle

5. Tantallon Castle
A short drive from Seacliff Beach (less than 10 mins) is Tantallon Castle which offers stunning views of the surrounding beaches and of course Bass Rock. As of January 2024 entry was £7.50 per adult and £4.50 for kids. Free for Historic Scotland members. 7. Glenfinnan Viaduct
No list of famous film locations in Scotland would be complete without the Glenfinnan Viaduct. Featured in the Harry Potter films as the bridge the Hogwarts Express crosses, this is a great visit for families and Harry Potter fans.
The railway viaduct in situated in the southwest of Scotland, between Fort William and Mallaig, overlooking Loch Shiel.
